Recent observations have revealed a number of the ultra-luminous X-ray Sources (ULXs) in nearby galaxies. A kind of the ULXs may originate from super-critically accreting stellar-mass black holes whose accretion rates exceed far the Eddington critical accretion rate. Several authors have developed theoretical models of the super-critical accretion disk, taking account of the effects of outflow and advection. Based on the theoretical models, we examine the super-critical accretion disk and outflows by 2D radiation hydrodynamical calculations, and compare the results with the SS 433 jets.
