BIMA 1.3-mm linear polarization observations of three regions of massive star formation are presented and discussed in order to study the importance of magnetic fields in the star formation process. Results are that fields are remarkably uniform, with magnetic dominating turbulent energy densities. Field strengths are approx 1mG. Both subcritical and supercritical mass to magnetic flux ratios are found.
