The combinatorial geometry of a partitioned (triangulated) string theory is discussed. Combinatorial analysis reveals that three spatial and three curvature dimensions, intrinsic to the partitioned string, are necessary to replicate Standard Model particles and interactions. The combinatorial analysis involves non-commutative 3D-matrix algebra which is shown to be the mathematical underpinnings of Dirac notation. This analysis necessitates that particulate mass be determined by a functional relationship involving these six extra dimensions. A functional relationship is defined which uses exponential (R-S) scaling to compute mass. Interpretation of complex gravity as 1-brane curvature allows a cyclic cosmological model to be developed. A relationship between string theory and general relativity (with the curvature tensor considered imaginary) is formulated. This formulation of cyclic cosmology inherently involves observed dark mass & energy. Thus, a comprehensive theory is constructed from geometric fundamentals which models massive, oscillating neutrinos, the galactic annihilation fountain and the current epoch of mini-inflation.
