The results of B, V, and I photometry of a sample of 24 relatively nearby (z <= 0.05) interacting galaxy systems are analyzed. It is confirmed that the scatter of the color indices on two-color diagrams is greater for interacting galaxies than for isolated galaxies. The two galaxies making up binary interacting systems have correlated color indices (the Holmberg effect). The integrated photometric characteristics for the tidal tails of ten galaxies are determined. The sum of the characteristics of these tidal tails - their color indices, surface brightnesses, and neutral hydrogen content - are similar to those for low-surface-brightness dwarf galaxies. This provides evidence for the possible formation of dwarf galaxies in tidal structures in interacting galaxies.
