We present the results of the observations of NGC 4151 obtained from 1986 to 1990 with the TV scanner of the 6-meter telescope of the Special Astrophysical Observatory. Spectra averaged over periods of 2 - 3 months show changes in the asymmetry of the broad component of HeII lambda 4686 line over this observing period. The broad component of Hγ however does not show similar variations. We discuss the reasons which could be responsible for these observations.
