The apparent distributions of sources from the RATAN-600 Z2 and deep surveys and part of the 87GB survey are studied. These radio source distributions all display similar deviations from a Poisson distribution. This confirms the existence of regular, periodic structures on scales from 30' to 1 degree, formed by an appreciable fraction of the radio sources. A comparative analysis of the deviations from a random distribution is carried out for the three surveys considered, and their deviations are shown to be indistinguishable. The deceleration parameter and epoch of formation of these radio structures are estimated in the framework of a standard cosmology.
