We report the discovery of a possible supernova in M31 or nova in our Galaxy. The object is located at RA(2000) = 00h44m55.27s, Dec(2000) = +41d30'58.5", which is 1476.4" east and 890" north of the center of M31. Available R-band magnitude from 3x20sec co-added CCD images taken with the 50/70cm Schmidt telescope at NAO Rozhen, Bulgaria: 2011 October 19.81805, 10.95+/-0.01.
