The line-of-sight angular velocity of rendezvous spacecraft can be measured either with follow-up direction finders or with direction finders whose antenna system is fixed with respect to the spacecraft. The present paper deals with the latter devices, treating them as systems with data stabilization. The systematic errors arising from the use of simplified algorithms for processing the information on the line-of-sight angular velocity are assessed.
