The radio structures of more than 100 QSOs have been examined with 0.5 arcsec resolution at frequencies of 2695 and 8085 MHz. The results are combined with previously published data to provide nearly complete structural information for the objects in observationally complete QSO samples selected from the 4C (178 MHz) and Parkes (2700 MHz) surveys. Correlations between the largest angular size and other radio or optical properties of the sources in the complete samples are found which involve the radio spectral index and redshift; a correlation between the spectral index and redshift of extended sources is also discerned. The results are taken to suggest that there may be a linear size evolution of the form (1 + z) to the -k power, with k = 1-2
