Spectrographic data on the dwarf nova RX Andromedae obtained on three consecutive nights when the nova was in a low state is analyzed. The spectra cover 50% of the orbit cycle in the region 3800-5000 A at 1.5-A resolution and time resolution of about 0.03 in phase. Peak radial velocities measured from all line features in all spectra are observed to form a sequence at higher velocities at phases from 0.9 to 0.2. Orbital solutions derived from the radial velocity data indicate a period somewhat shorter than that found by Kraft (1962), suggesting a period change at a rate of 0.000045 per year. Data also reveal no evidence for Kraft's value of 0.40 for the eccentricity. Spectra exhibit late-type secondary features, a wing asymmetry in the H-beta profiles, and certain weak emission features.
