The Galactic Anticenter Stellar Structure (GASS), also known as the Moneceros ``Ring" or the Canis Major galaxy, has been identified by the presence of observed excess surface densities of field stars in several large area sky surveys, along with an unusual, string-like grouping of star clusters. Some members of the cluster grouping have radial velocities consistent with the GASS velocity-longitude trend defined from M giant observations. We provide radial velocity and spectroscopic metallicity measurements for a number of clusters that have been suggested to be associated with the GASS. We also derive an improved age-metallicity relation (AMR) for all of the clusters shown to be consistent with GASS. We find that the AMR is consistant with that of the other dwarf galaxy cluster systems.
