We present the spectral energy distributions of a small sample of γ-ray quiet BL Lacs and flat-spectrum radio quasars that we observed with Swift and compare them with those of γ-ray loud blazars. We exploit Swift's broad-band spectral capabilities and pointing flexibility to examine any possible difference and/or similarity between the synchrotron to inverse Compton transition region of γ-ray loud and γ-ray quiet blazars.
