There have been many models of both fundamental particles and the cosmos which have involved rotation, spin or vorticity. Most of these entail “something” spinning about a fixed axis. This paper qualitatively describes a more general rotation which shows promise in unifying the fundamental forces and explaining various cosmological phenomena.
