We present a V vs. V-I color-magnitude diagram (CMD) in the disk/inner halo of M31. The Observations were obtained with Hubble Space Telescope's Advanced Camera for Surveys in the Wide Field configuration. The CMD is based on 4.3 and 2.7 hours of observations in the F606W and F814W filters respectively. The field is located at RA = 00:44:54.33, Dec = +41:31:36.1 at a projected distance of 29 arcmin (6.6 kpc) north-east of M31's center along the major-axis of the disk of M31.
Based on observations made with the NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope, obtained at the Space Telescope Science Institute, which is operated by the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy, Inc., under NASA Contract NAS 5-2655. These observations were made in connection with proposal GO-9767.
