By numerically solving the kinetic equation discribing the interaction between charged particle and Alfvén turbulence, including the synchrotron radiation of the relativistic electrons, the evolution of the relativistic electrons accelerated in radio jets is obtained. High energy electrons can be accelerated with a Lorentz factor γ ≡ 106, and finally form steady power-law distributions. But the spectrum index s ≍ 1 is smaller than the observed value. The acceleration time scale is about 1012 - 1014sec, which is shorter than the lifetime of radio hotspots, about 107yr. The energy spectrum index is almost independent on Alfvén wave spectrum and particle energy loss. The energy loss affects the upper limit of acceleration significantly.
