We have used the ISO archives to assemble a sample of LWS and SWS spectra for YSOs over a range of types and evolutionary statuses. We have then derived Spitzer IRAC and MIPS band fluxes from this sample of objects of known type, and constructed Spitzer equivalent colour-colour plots and SEDs. These are used to interpret the wealth of information that is being produced by the Spitzer Space Telescope in observations of star forming regions. We compare the results to published Spitzer observations of YSOs, and to data from the Spitzer Galactic First Look Survey.
