It is well known that X-ray emission from elliptical galaxies arises from two primary mechanisms - diffuse hot gas and stellar sources. Ram-pressure stripping is a method by which hot gas can be stripped from a galaxy moving through a group or cluster of galaxies. Modeling has shown that ram-pressure stripping can be very efficient, leading to X-ray faint galaxies. Here we present the initial results of our program to determine whether cluster galaxies have lower hot gas masses than their counterparts in less rich environments. This test requires the use of the high-resolution imaging of the Chandra Observatory and we present our analysis of the galaxies in the nearby cluster Abell 1060.
