Catalogs derived from the second phase of the Optical Gravitational Lensing Experiment (OGLE) provide a wealth of information about the Galactic center region. We employ red clump giant (RCG) stars and RR Lyrae variables selected from this data set as stellar distance indicators to map out the geometry of the Galactic bar, and we use their proper motions to study its kinematics. We explore the utility of this data set, supplemented with radial velocity measurements for a subsample of RCGs, to constrain the age of the bar and models of its formation.
