Chandra has afforded the first opportunity to determine the X-ray emitting properties of normal and star-forming galaxies at cosmologically interesting redshifts. In this poster we report on our measurement of the normal/starburst galaxy X-ray Luminosity Function (XLF) in the two GOODS fields. We derive the cosmological star formation rate, finding evolution consistent with (1+z)3. This XLF measurement uses an improved version of a Bayesian statistical method we have developed to distinguish galaxies from either obscured or unobscured AGN. This statistical method is critical as optical spectroscopic identification alone cannot identify all the X-ray luminous AGN. GOODS allows us to bring optical morphological classes and optical/NIR Spectral Energy Distributions of the GOODS galaxies into the classification system.
