The dwarf Cepheid RS Gruis is shown to be a monoperiodic, high amplitude Delta Scuti variable star. We present high quality radial velocity observations that conclusively demonstrate that RS Gru is a spectroscopic binary with an orbital period of approximately two weeks. These radial velocities have been combined with visual and IR photometry to produce a reasonable Baade-Wesselink solution. The radius and absolute magnitude that we determine are consistent with the previous work we have done in establishing observational PR and PL relations for this class of variable stars.
