The author has solved the problem of optimal estimation for atomic clock
state from the time-varying view by adopting adaptive Kalman filter for
the first time. Based on two devised filters, analyses and comparison of
state estimation and prediction between simulant clock and commercial
cesium beam clock have been carried out.
