CCD imaging observations conducted with the Kitt Peak 0.9-m telescope have revealed a cluster of galaxies at RA 10 h 46 m 03 s, Dec 35 deg 47 min 28 sec (1950.0). The cluster, which is of richness class I, probably contains a classical double radio source. Attention is given to the integral luminosity function for the cluster, as well as the distribution of V-R colors for its stellar objects.
