A newly developed iterating imaging process was applied to data obtained by COS-B satellites to derive a gamma-ray map of the Galaxy in the 40-50 MeV range. It is shown that, besides the three sources known at high energies, the map reveals four additional sources with intensities comparable to that of the Crab Nebula. Three of these new sources are believed to be binaries, either X-ray binaries like Cyg X-3 or radio pulsar binaries like PSR 1820-11.
