Observed dips in the gamma ray spectra in the 30-70 keV range during radioastronomy studies are attributed to a superposition of two spectra. One is an optically thin thermal synchrotron spectrum with a turnover of 55-110 keV and the second is black-body temperatures of 7-12 keV. The black body thermal bremsstrahlung, and a synchrotron spectrum are quantified, assuming a harmonic number value of 4. Attention is also given to the synchrotron luminosity, and the values are compared with four sample spectra, including data from the Solar Maximum Mission. Support for the two component model is found in the soft component of the object GB7903524, and further confirmation is indicated with observations in the 1-20 keV range.
