This paper discusses results of detailed spectral observations by the ESO grating-array spectrometer IRSPEC of a supernova remnant RCW 103, which exhibits the highest surface brightness in IR lines dominated by Fe II. Data presented include nearly complete 1-2.5-micron spectra, measurements of several H2 and hydrogen lines at greater than 3-micron wavelength, and partial mapping of H2 2.121 over the whole remnant. The measured ratios were found to be in remarkably good agreement with computed atomic parameters, and are consistent with n(c) = 4600/cu cm and E(J-H) = 0.47 mag.
