Observations of the SNR in NGC 4449 at 1.47, 5, and 15 GHz using the VLA are reported. The variation of the peak flux density and the time variations of the SNR are shown along with the SNR contours and spectrum. Adopting a distance of 5 Mpc for NGC 4449, an expansion velocity of 3500 km/s, and an upper limit of 0.07 arcsec for the angular size from the VLA 15 GHz observations, an age of less than 236 years is derived. This is consistent with the 200 years estimated by Kirshner and Blair (1980) based on optical measurements. The SNR shows evidence for significant variability at 5 GHz.
