Radio continuum observations at high (approximately 10 arcsec) spatial resolution have been obtained for a number of compact H II regions using the NRAO Green Bank interferometer. Maps of the resolved sources are presented and the physical parameters of the H II regions derived. Each source detected is described in detail and the new radio information is compared with existing data. For some of the objects these are the first observations made with better than arcminute resolution. A significant fraction of the objects contain several hot spots, which are indicative of local density enhancements or the presence of several early-type stars.
