The aim of this paper is to determine the directions of inclinations of cometary nebulae (in or against the clock direction) and to find out whether the inclinations in different parts of the Galaxy are randomly distributed. It is shown that the inclinations of cometary nebulae have definite directions in different parts of the Galaxy. This can be explained by the influence of the local magnetic field and not by the influence of randomly oriented stellar magnetic fields (in different parts of the Galaxy) on the matter thrown out from the stars.
