A periodogram analysis and least square fitting to periodic functions of the results of differential photoelectric photometry for the Delta Scuti star HR 5005 have yielded pulsation frequencies of 8.606 and 9.208 c/d. The ratio of these frequencies is inconsistent with the radial mode of pulsation. If this star is pulsating at such close frequencies, destructive interference must occur.
