The analytical solution ELP2000-82 is used to derive the ephemeris ELP 2000 for the earth-moon system. The solutionn is the dynamical ecliptic and dynamical equinox 2000, and is used to derive the constants for the sidereal mean motion of the moon, the half coefficients of the sin l in longitude and sin F in latitude, the solar eccentricity, the sidereal mean motion of the sun, and the relative gravitational attractions of the sun-moon-earth system. The accuracy of the ELP 2000 ephemeris is discussed in terms of the internal precision of the semi-analytical solution ELP 2000-82, the accuracy of constants which receive an assigned value, the accuracy of the fitted constants, and a numerical improvement to the solution. The values for the lunar potential and tidal effects selected were the same as those for the LE 2000 solution. A numerical approximation is presented for using 10 yr laser ranging data for verifying the constants.
