The Department of Astronomy of Research Society "Vladimir Mandić Manda" from Valjevo start with research project "Ethnoastronomical Research in Serbia" in 1997. During these years this research covered few regions: Valjevo, Kopaonik and Pirot. This kind of researches were implementing before this Project, since foundation of the Department 1973. In this paper are published data about people's belief about astronomical phenomenes which are collected during this early period, and were not published yet, as well as some new, recently collected data.
