The brief history of the first stages for decametric radio astronomy studies is described. The role of pioneering works of Prof. Braude is outlined. For this paper we used new information explored from Braude's diary. At present, Ukraine is one of recognised country having powerful decametric infrastructure and scientific achievements thanks to the Braude' followers. The author will present a colourful poster.
