The Ondřejov Perseid radar hourly rates from periods 1958 - 1962, 1972 and 1980 - 1985 were used to calculate the mean cross-section profiles of the stream. Two groups of echo durations were analysed: t ≥ 1 s and t > 8 s. The peak activity for t ≥ 1 s was found at solar longitude L_sun; = 139.18°±0.035° and for t > 8 s at L_sun; = 139.17°±0.035° (equinox 1950.0). Indices of the shower activity for each particular year were determined. Also the Rf coefficients (i.e. inverse values of the response function), valid for Perseid meteors recorded by the Ondřejov radar, were derived.
