VLBI maps, model-fits, and detailed source descriptions for a complete sample of 13 flat spectrum radio sources selected from the S5 survey are presented. For each source, the total flux density measured with the 100-m telescope, the wavelength, the wavelength dependent and independent names of the components, the component separation and its position angle, and the major and minor axis of the components are given. The errors on the single dish total flux densities are of the order of 5-7 percent at all frequencies. Other data presented include the spectral indices between 18 and 6 cm for the individual components, and the brightness temperature.
