High signal-to-noise spectral observations were obtained in the red region using the coudé Reticon attached to the 2.1-m reflector at McDonald Observatory from September to December, 1984. Three lines, Fe I 6663 Å, Fe I 6678 Å, and Ca I 6718 Å, were chosen to determine the rotations of 75 components in 59 RS CVn star systems. Most of the RS CVn systems showed synchronized rotation, although apparently non-synchronous rotation was detected in several systems among all period groups. HD 8357, a very active system, appears to have a very low rotational velocity.
