A new X-ray transient has been detected by the IBIS/ISGRI telescope on board INTEGRAL during an observation of the galactic center on 2005 Oct. 6-7. The new source was observed at RA=261.72, DEC=-47.622 (3.8 arcmin error) with a sigma of 6.7 and a flux of about 11 mCrab in the 20-40 keV band. In the 40-80 keV band the source is not detected with a 3-sigma upper limit of about 8 mCrab. The source was always outside of the JEM-X field of view.
