At 16:05:16 UT on October 3rd, 2005 Swift began a Target of Opportunity observation of the INTEGRAL discovered X-ray transient IGR J17419-2802 (ATEL #616). Analysis of data from this observation shows a bright previously uncatalogued X-ray point-source in the field at the following coordinates: RA = 17:41:56.4, Dec = -28:01:53.0 (J2000), with an estimated uncertainty of 8 arcseconds radius (90% containment).
