Synthesis of light elements in the Big Bang model of the universe in the presence of primordial black holes with mass in the range from 3 billion to 3 trillion grams is calculated in order to determine the effects of the evaporation of such objects on the He-4, D, and He-3 yields. A basic assumption is that a very large fraction of the energy of primordial black holes is carried away by neutrinos. It is found that primordial black holes with mass between 10 billion and 100 billion grams may significantly affect the He-4 yield if the ratio of their density to the baryon density is in the range 10 to 10,000. The D abundance is not significantly affected.
