A balloon-borne gamma-ray telescope searching for celestial gamma-ray lines in the energy range 100 keV to 5.0 MeV provided evidence for a line feature from the Crab Nebula at about 400 keV. Although the counting statistics are not conclusive, the energy is such that the feature may be gravitationally redshifted positron annihilation radiation occurring at the surface of the Crab Pulsar.
