New self-consistent solutions of spherical accretion onto black holes with significant pair productions in Active Galactic Nuclei (AGN) are found. The maximum pair density is a few times that of the ionized electrons. Relativistic hydrodynamic equations, radiation moment equations, and pair continuity equations are integrated iteratively. The radiation generated by the matter include the pairs controls, the thermal and dynamical structure of the flow. New solutions have approximately 10 to 100 times higher luminosities than the corresponding solutions with negligible pair productions.
