The methodology of the problem of the origin and evolution of the solar system was analyzed; it is pointed out that it can be approached in two different ways: by mythology and by actualism. The Laplacean type of theories based on a disk as an intermediate state is considered. The band structure is explained as a result of the ionization of infalling matter when its velocity has reached the critical velocity for ionization. It is shown that the position and the structure of the groups of planets and satellites is completely defined by two parameters: mass of central body, and spin of central body. This gives the complete matrix of the groups of bodies.
