The Temple-Tuttle comet was discovered on December 21, 1865.
Calculations based on observations made in 1865 - 1866 were improved and
programmed and run on a BESM-4 computer. By applying several procedures
described in this article, a system of elements may be used for
combining all occurrences of the Temple-Tuttle comet.
