The results of numerical calculations of the evolution of Neutron Star (NS) in close binaries are presented. The detailed analysis of the NS evolution uses accurate evolutionary tracks for optical companion. By using less accurate evolutionary tracks for normal stars the simulation of the joint evolution of 100,000 binaries is performed. The evolution of total X ray luminosity caused by accreting neutron stars was calculated for different types of galaxies.
