The analysis of the X-ray, ultraviolet, optical and infrared observations of the two peculiar stars BD+37 deg 1146 and BD+37 deg 1160 are presented. They are included in the error box of the hard X-ray source 1H 0621+373. The star BD+37 deg 1160 shows rapidly variable emission features in its optical spectrum and infrared excess. Its association with the X-ray source is suggested. A remarkable similarity of the optical spectrum with that of X Per further support this identification.
