I present a detailed photometric analysis in the Stromgren filters of the open clusters NGC 6134 and NGC 3680 based on observations with the Danish 1.54m telescope at La Silla, Chile. I have determined the interstellar reddening and metallicity of the clusters. Further, I use the Stromgren indexes to constrain the fundamental parameters of the delta Scuti stars present in NGC 6134. I also present the analysis of time series photometry of the delta Scuti star FG Virginis and the roAp star alpha Circini. The observations were collected during 22 nights with the 50cm Stromgren Automatic Telescope (SAT) at La Silla, Chile.
