The Vaidya-Papapetrou model containing a naked singularity is analyzed
for outgoing causal geodesics joining the singularity. The curvature
growth along these trajectories is examined to show that this is a
strong curvature singularity, providing a counter-example to certain
forms of cosmic censorship hypotheses.
