The topography of orbits and the development of energy for electrically charged test particles are studied, including protons (and antiprotons) within the electromagnetic field of a homogeneously magnetized sphere rotating with its vector of magnetic dipole moment inclined with respect to the vector of angular velocity by an angle chi. Specifically, the case of the orthogonal rotator, where chi = pi/2, is studied.
