Observations over four months are used to evaluate magnitude and color
transformations, extinction coefficients, and a gain table for the
photoelectric photometer of the 41 cm. reflector at the Tortugas
Mountain site. Ways of increasing the efficiency and accuracy of this
system are discussed.
