In this paper, a study of random stellar motions is extended to the Sb spiral galaxy NGC2613. Spectroscopic observations show that the stellar kinematics at some positions in the galaxy is quite intricate, with irregular line profiles being observed. This phenomenon is explained using an ad hoc model consisting of two kinematical constituents: a bulge with constant velocity dispersion and prescribed rotation and a disk with a dispersion in the radial direction decreasing exponentially with scale length twice the photometric scale length and circular velocity inferred from the H I rotation curve. The rotation curve is essentially flat at a level of 315 km/s. Two gas blobs rotating with the galaxy are positioned in opposite directions well outside the stellar disk.
