The paper presents 90 and 142 GHz continuum maps with resolutions of about 28 and 20 arcsecs, respectively, of nine extended Galactic radio sources. High-frequency excesses, believed to be due predominantly to thermal emission from dust, were found in Orion A, W 3 Main, W 49 A, and W 51 A. For the SNR, G 21.5-0.9, the existence of a spectral break around 40 GHz is confirmed.
